HAK meets Gutschermühle
11.02.2020
As part of an annual practical day under the motto "International Business", the Gutschermühle opened its doors for the students of the HAK Gmünd on January 21, 2020. Managing Director Stefan Grössinger, Business Angel Heinrich Prokop and NEOH founder Manuel Zeller, who is a former graduate of HAK Gmünd, took visitors into the world of bar production and showed what can actually be done with a lot of commitment and work. An important message was the courage to become self-employed. After extensive hygiene training, the pupils were able to get to know the production and thus experienced the path of a granola bar up close, from the individual raw materials to the finished packaging on the pallet.
