First steps

After planning and the compilation of a parts list, handmade samples are the first step toward product optimisation. At this point, our experienced developers can already make first statements about the machinability and general feasibility of the product. At this stage, you can already benefit from and evaluate the first taste samples. On a reduced scale, all production processes are now being simulated by hand.

Transparent framework conditions

To ensure that the project remains within its specified scope, we will ensure transparency by providing provisions related to packaging and declaration as well as the costs as a guideline over the entire development period. This will allow you to retain an overview of the framework conditions defined in the briefing and prevent unpleasant surprises.

Scaling up

Once a recipe has been developed that meets all requirements, this is followed by the "scaling-up" process. The new recipe or an innovative process step must prove itself in the industrial plant.

Fine tuning

A team of developers and engineers work together on the final fine tuning. At the same time, samples are being produced whose popularity can be tested in large tasting groups or consumer panels.
